What hooks up here?

Just bought a 07 Palomino yearling! First-time owner of a camper.

2 Questions about the attached picture:
1. The left "hole" goes to the fill hole on the exterior of the pop-up. What type of tubing can I use to connect it?
2. What does the left side attached too? I have not had a chance to test the shower yet... The sink works fine.

Thanks for the help!

Sorry the picture loaded upside down...

As you mentioned the larger one is for the fill hose. The one pointing down on the left appears to be the drain valve for the tank and my thought is that the black one on the upper right is the overflow valve.

Try this Amazon.com: Smooth-Bor 101 Flex-Fill 1-3/8" x 10' Hose: Automotive or something like it to connect your fresh water fill opening to the tank. You'll likely need a couple of large hose clamps too.

Best wishes.

If that's the overflow tube, I don't like seeing that open and underneath the unit. All manner of road water, salt and dirt could get in there as well as bugs etc. I would cover that over, but not tightly so if it does overflow it can still burst out.

I agree. Might add a piece of hose with a one way check valve inline with it. That should do the trick.

Would not be a good idea. That is the vent tube and typically just a mesh fabric is secured over the opening. It's a misnomer to call it an overflow but it will let you know when the tank is full.

Normaly you would have a hook up like this http://www.dyersonline.com/jr-coloni...ater-dish.html . The small hole on the side is for the vent and has a screen on it to stop bugs getting in.

On my TT the tank vent has a small hose that terminates to a hole with a screen over it next to the tank fill on the side of the trailer. Like Happy Vibe said.

So, when you see water coming out that little hole do you take it as your tank being full?

The black fitting goes to the water pump. Overflow would come out the same one you are filling with. This is a Pop Up correct? Our Santa Fe had this set up also.
