what is this tube sticking out of the back of my RV and why is it leaking

I think it is for my galley because the water has suds in it. I emptied my galley but it is still leaking. What is it?

Maybe for your fresh water tank drain.....add water to fresh water and see if it drain faster...

After seeing that the pic is sideways I would say its your FW drain.

It looks like a low point drain for your fresh water tank.

Do not know where you live but maybe there was water in the valve & it froze & split over the winter??

Ok I figured out what it was. I overflowed my toilet today by leaving it run and forgetting and it flooded my undercarriage. That water wasnt coming out of the hose it was just running along it and out from my under carriage.
