You can buy a drop tube and shark bite fitting to replicate this. Cut the white pipe and take it to big box or plumbing store and say you need to replace this and you need to join to PEX pipe the same size.

The grey had wings like a wing nut but they broke off - this is actually a grey nut.

Looks like 1/2FPT swivel fitting connected to 1/2 pex tubing. You can get the shark bite type fittings or crimp type to replace. Crimpers aren't cheap. I bought a nice assortment of fittings....Hmmmm now trailer is totaled. Lucky me. Ok. I am crying about it.

Is this something that an Rv shop would have ? Maybe even cut by the foot and add fittings?

Lowes and Home Depot will have the parts and will be much less expensive. that is a Female iron pipe thread X Pex, both 1/2" in size. Get the type with a brass nut and it wont break again. I would get the ring tool and brass fittings and add some spare 90's, tee's and coupling's with rings as you will probably have more leaks down the road. But the shark bite fittings will also work.
Do cut it out and bring with you so the guy in the store will get you the correct part.
Good luck.
