Where is water filter on Rockwood 1809s?

I have a 2011 Rockwood MiniLite 1809s that I purchased used. Can anyone tell me where the water filter is located? Is there anything I have to unscrew to get to it?

Thanks...

Its more than likely behind q hidden panel.
Or under a cabinet.
Have you found the water pump yet? Most likely your filter is in the same place.

I've checked but can not find. I called FR, but they keep transferring my calls to an answering machine and no one ever returns my calls!!! I also called RVW and spoke to someone who said it should be accessed from the front cargo area beside water heater by sliding a plywood panel. My panels are screwed down. I've also heard it should be near the water pump which sounds this area... still can't find. I located a spare filter that came with the TT so it should be somewhere...

I would like someone who can tell EXACTLY where this is.... ?

Unfortunately you most likely will have to unscrew a panel.

It should be very close to your city water connection on the outside of the trailer. Find the cabinet that's the closes to it then as turbo has said you'll have to remove a few screws to get to it.

It's really not a problem to unscrew that panel; especially if you think that's where you hear the water pump. Take a look. I bet it's there.

yep, nearly everyone, with smaller trailers, has to unscrew a panel to access the water pump and filter.
i put hinges on my panel.

SUCCESS... Located the water filter!

It was behind the water heater and the front storage compartment right over the water pump. Best access is from inside the TT under the bed from the small door on the left side that has 3 hinges screwed so you need a phillips head screwdriver to open. First you need to open the slideout to get to the little door.

I hope this helps future Rockwood MiniLite 1809s owners... thanks to everyone who kept me in the game long enough to succeed!

On our 2010 with a 2011 title Rockwood mini lite 1809S you lift the bed to access the water filter. By the way I completely removed it if anyone is interested in also removing theirs all you have to do it remove the filter housing a use a 1/2 female coupling.
