I'm in Cherokee County, north metro Atlanta, and I also do the blow and pump. Cheap insurance as far as I'm concerned.

I remembered to depress the pedal... At 30PSI the clean water in the toilet fixture did a very nice blow back after hitting the toilet bowl.... Next time the seat goes down before depressing the pedal...
