Like Iwannacamp said about the plug outlet , on my 3051s the outlet in the fridge compartment crapped out and left half the MH without power. What had happened was the cheap outlets are the speed box design where the wire is just pushed into a V shape connector and it had worked its way loose and melted the connection, causing a open neutral reading on my tester. Try and work your way back from the last plug that doesn't work to where the power is picked up from the control panel and check that outlet. Good luck.

I want to thank everyone for the good suggestions my troubleshooting flow followed most of yours. I did finally figure it out without any more dissasembly.

The problem all along behaved like a tripped breaker or GFI. But as I described I was not finding an issue there after checking with a mm.
What it turned out to be was all of these outlets are on the inverter, which means power flows to them through the inverter..... and we had tripped the breaker on board the inverter! You can see it in the picture as ac out Problem solved and lesson learned
