Even better. Look at some high current setups.
You will find we are correct.
That is the same as option 2 of the OP's post, the correct way to balance a bank that I was referring to. You were agreeing with spock123 that option 1 was the correct way.

This one goes as far as equal length cables.

Even on my two battery setup, I tried to be as equal length as possible. Attachment 114274

Some how you are confused. The example you gave is the same as option 2 of the original OP. Which is what I am referring to.

Right on!

I'm saying. Have the draw feed one off each battery.

I've said that all along!! 👍🏻👍🏻

The above agreement by you is where the confusion came in.

Option 1 that spock123 is referring to is connecting the pos cable and neg cable to same battery.

Look option one is like ours.

LOL
I'm not sure what you are looking at? The second image (option 2) shows the neg cable (ground) connected to battery #1 and the pos cable (power) connected to battery #2.

Unless the images are reversed on my monitor the top one (option 1) shows the neg (ground) and the pos (power) connected to the same battery.

Oh well, it's all good !
