12V Problems 09 Grey Wolf 28BH

I am having some 12V issues I could use some help tracking down. I just put a freshly charged battery on it to try and figure this out. Battery reads 12.7V on it's own. With the camper not plugged in to shore power the only thing that works is the slide out motor. If I plug the camper in to shore power I do not get the 13-14V I would expect on the terminals of the battery. There appears to be no inline fuse on the battery positive cable. All fuses in the converter are checked and ok.

Any ideas what I am missing?

Make sure your converter AC breaker is on, if OK then check for a mini-breaker underneath trailer near battery and reset (push black button) if as below.

For a coupl

About 5 bucks at an auto supply you can replace with an Auto reset. I found power surges especially generator use pops them
