My 2716g will not run the 110v outlets when running on 12v car/battery. ? All breakers/ fuses are fine?

If you don't have a inverter you will not have 110v. Only the things that work from 12v dc will work from the battery

When you plug into a pedestal, at home or connect a generator, you will get 110 at the AC outlets.

Dang FR for not putting an inverter in your RV. It's do able but optional.

your 110v AC outlets only will work with shore power or a generator, just like the microwave or the a/c.
you would need to wire in an inverter that connected to the outlets, which would require a minimum of two deep cycle batteries to run your outlets.

popups don't come with inverters, usually only motorhomes.

another example of a poor PDI by a dealer.

something as basic as how both 12v DC and 110v AC systems work in a RV, should always be a part of a good PDI. a lot of new buyers don't know about what works on each system.
