12V System Problems

I could not get my slide in so I finally put a new battery in and it came in. 2 days later it did not work again. I assume the new battery drained and even though it was plugged in to our electric at home it did not charge. So I changed the converter (old one looked fine and the 2 fuses on it were good). Still no 12V system. Any ideas?

Did you check the circuit breaker in your house to make sure it hasn't tripped.

... or the GFCI outlet that protects the house outlet where you were plugged?

If you have one, is your battery disconnect switch turned off? If you have a 4 LED battery condition meter, all 4 should be lit when the converter is charging. If not, you still aren't there yet.

You should see more that 13.2 volts on your battery if the converter is charging it.
