2009 8287SS Is there a main light switch?

I am trying to figure out if there is a main light switch on my 8287SS. I have two switches under kitchen cabinet to the left of entry door. One switch turns light under cabinet on and off and the other doesn't do anything to the best of my knowledge. It seems like this should be a main light switch but it is not working or I am not smart enough to figure out what it does. Any help would be appreciated.

If the one switch controls an interior light perhaps the other controls the exterior porch light.

You were right it turned on the outside yellow light by door. I thought I had all the outside lights accounted for but missed that one. Thanks!
