2013 Georgetown 360XL Issues - Electrical & Service

All, we are experiencing apparent electrical issues in our 2013 RV. This all started shortly after delivery in June of 2012. There have been a myriad of gremlins, front AC went out first, then issues with the entertainment center, Direct TV receiver replaced 3 times, DVD player changed twice, main TV now in the shop where they are searching for repair parts. Also, a month ago, while on a trip, the dash AC unit went out. Note, the coach only has 7,800 miles on it.
You would expect that the AC is part of the Ford chassis and is covered under the vehicle warranty, well from what I am being told that is not necessarily the case. In the first place we have not found a Ford dealer anywhere near our location that can work on the coach because of the size. Also while discussing the problem with a Ford RV Tech Specialist he proceeds to tell me that Ford is only responsible for the high pressure side of the AC system; that Georgetown would have installed the low pressure side which is under the dash area in the coach. Armed with this new information I contacted the Georgetown dealer where we purchased the RV and they informed me that wasn't the case, they didn't have anyone to work on automotive AC systems or perform diagnostics. Kinda like telling me sorry, we can't help. Anyway we left the coach with them hoping someone can at least tell us what is wrong. By the way, follow up with another Georgetown dealer/ service center essentially told me the same thing.
Besides these issues is anyone else having problems getting service on the Ford chassis and components? I was shocked to say the least that after purchasing the RV we have no service center in our area that can address issues with the chassis, engine, drive train, electrical, etc.
I would appreciate any feedback or tips that can be given.
Thanks,
