I do not have your model but do have a 2015 cardinal. I can think of two possibilities. our round led lights over the couch have an off/on switch and a separate dimmer control. check the dimmer control to see if it is set to dim the lights. other than that I would check the 12 volt battery to see if it is low, but this would not apply if hooked to shore power.
