Newbie here on our inaugural voyage with our new to us 2018 369ds. Apologies if this has been answered/asked before but quick question. Our inverter powering the frig seems to not be working. Frig works when I have the generator is on. How/where do I reset the inverter? Is there something else I should be troubleshooting? Thanks in advance.
what make / model inverter? is it receiving 12 volt dc input power? there are normally indicator lights and / or display panel on the inverter face that describe how it is operating or why it is not operating. what do they say?

Thank You for your reply Chickdoe. Since I wrote this, we called Forest River and they were awesome. We were impressed with their Customer Service and attention to detail. Turned out that on our 2018 Georgetown XL, a breaker in the battery housing triggered and we had to reset it. Small red lever that needed to be reset. It worked beautifully.
That small red lever is on a 12 volt resettable circuit breaker that protects the main power cables goin to / from the batteries. You may have two of them if the inverter has its own set of cables. If you ever lose 12 volt power one thing to look for is whether the resettable circuit breakers have tripped. Now go enjoy!
