7 way plug on travel trailer

Running lights aren’t working and when I put my right turn signal on the left one blinks also

Probably not. It's probably somewhere near the light fixtures at the frame (saves wire!). There may be several ground connections.

Should be up near the junc box, but may not be in it, Look for the end of the trailer portion of the cable. You should also check the ground on the TV side. Could also be dirty or bent prongs on Bargman Connector.

Mine is grounded to the inside of the tongue right where is comes out of the insulating sheathing.

If you haven't check your trailer fuses on the truck / TV. Gtound is my thought but check fuses for the running lights.

I'm guessing that's the ground from the umbilical cord (i.e., it provides a wire from the frame back to the 7-pin's ground). However, lots of other stuff is then grounded to the frame. For example, look around your wheels and you'll probably see that the brakes have a positive wire going into them, and a ground wire coming out that is then attached to the frame near the wheels. The frame then provides the current path for the brakes from this point back to the one from the umbilical cord.
