A.C and lights cut off and on at the same time
Has anyone ran into this issue before.

You should check all the cable connections. My brothers trailer would do the same thing. Turned out to be a cable end that was not crimped correctly. Anytime he went to check things and bumped the cable it would all go back to running.
Once he replaced the bad end the problem was solved.
