did you check voltage to ground, sometimes you lose a neutral, check neutral connections at the panel box, is there a junction bow where the main trailer cord comes in, they might have a splice in there, checked all external plugs for loose wires, just shooting in the dark

What little hair I had left is now gone. Thanks for all the help .... if I cant find it I will take it to the dealer.
