Batteries full but not feeding RV?

Pulling my hair out and there must be something I'm missing

I've got a 2006 Sunseeker 29 and when it is plugged in the batterry indicator shows full in the unit. When I unplug it drops to E and the fault alarms start going off on the CO2 and LP alarms which to me seems like the batteries aren't "communicating" to the indicator and it is sensing that the batteries are low. If I run the generator the panel shows full but as soon as I stop the generator it returns to E and the alarms go off.

I've tested the batteries when plugged in and they show 13 which indicates they are charging and are at 12 when not plugged in. I've also confirmed the batteries are full with a charger.

Any ideas on what this gremlin is?

I would take the batteries to Autozone or Discount and have them Load tested.

Most likely the converter is trying to charge the batteries and keeping the alarms from going off but once you put a load on the batteries / take them off the converter they act like they are bad.

When was the last time you checked the water level in your batteries?

Or there's a heavy fuse tap between batteries and converter.
My bosses coach has two heavy fuse links in that way.
The only reason your info center shows full when shore power or gemnie is running is because converter is running.

The top light is not "FULL" when using "BATTERY"; It has a C for charging and it lights when the converter is putting out over 12.7 volts.

It has nothing to do with battery condition. "FULL" is the next light down "G" and it stays on from "FULL" until the battery voltage drops to 50% capacity. Then the "F" light comes on for "FAIR" and it stays on until about 20% capacity.

Check the troubleshooting file.

Also look for a resetable circuit breaker very close to the battery. It may be covered by a red rubber cap.
The black thing on the side is the reset button.
