For those that have gas golf carts, when you store them for the winter, do you remove the battery or use a battery tender? thx

I have motorcycles and always have on battery tender year round when not being ridden. I would do the same if I had a golf cart to ensure battery stays fully charged if there are long periods of time of inactivity.
