Battery charging question

I have 2012 Roo, 21 ft

when it comes to charging the batteries (twin 12 volt deep cell) I have a 2000 watt generator that works very well to run the Microwave as well as the AC, (not at same time mind you)
but it works well none the less.
this charges using the main power input ,
I also have the charging system that plugs into my tow vehicle. this works and charges the batteries as well,

My question

Can I have both plugged in and charging at the same time?

will this overload the breakers?

Thanks

Motorhomes do it all the time, however they have electronic circuits directing traffic. In your case you would be paralleling 3 12volt sources without any safeties or control- not recommended

You can have both as desired but most likely will not give you any if little benefit.
What your TV puts out will dictate what the on board charger puts out.

On another note while your 2000 watt gennie may "run" your a/c it may not be putting enough voltage to it causing it harm.
A 2000 watt gennie at best puts out 16 amps.
Your a/c requires 18-20 amps to start and 12-13 amps running and the hotter it is outside the more amps it will require.
Don't forget your converter is always running when hooked to shore or gennie power 2-3 amps.

X2.. Turbs... I'm not familiar with the ROOs, don't they have a breaker to turn off the converter? I'm thinking he could charge in the morning using the genny and converter then when it gets good and hot, turn off the converter and run the AC.

That would work.

I'd install a volt gauge tho to see what kind of voltage level he's at.

Thanks for the answers folks, as well as the ideas to check the voltage levels,

I will check the Amp levels for the AC, it shows 1200 watts on the documents but I'm not sure how that converts to Amps, (Micro 900 watts on documents)

Thanks,

Thanks,
1200 watts -11 amps at 110 v
900 watts - 8 amps at 110 v

Keep in mind that also doesn't include start up watts.

My 13.5k a/c runs 12-14 amps running.

Keep in mind as the volts go down the amperage goes up.
