Battery discharge

I have a 2007 340 and recently I've had issues with the cranking battery drained. The battery was purchased new in May of this year. I can't figure out what is draining the battery down. When parked in my yard it is always plugged onto 50 amp. Any ideas?

What is the voltage at the battery terminals when you are plugged into 50 amp?

If less than 13 volts you have either an open circuit breaker (right before the red wire gets to the battery, corroded wire connection somewhere from the converter to the battery, or a bad converter.

Another test is to disconnect the neg. lead and secure away from the terminal. Test the battery voltage or hydrometer for acid level every few days for a couple of weeks. If no or minimual loss its a chassis drain, some device connected is on or has fault and drains battery. If it drains disconnected over that length of time its a defective battery, self discharging account damage or bad plates.

Thanks to you both for the recommendations. At least I have a place to start now.
