Battery disconnect switch

2014 351THSS Puma --
my new 37' 351 THSS toyhauler is in NY State and i'm in Wyoming and my son is trying to get the 12 volt lights and accessories to work--he had a charger on it for 24 hrs and it did shows 3/4 charge but nothing works so now they have 110 volts plugged in and the 12 V is still not working--the unit is a new 2014 --any pointers would be appreciated---been a camper owner of and on for 20 years but kinda hard to ck it so far away !!!!!

Since your title is 'Battery disconnect switch' I assume that has been checked if the TT has one. another thing that can take out all the 12 volt circuits is the two, 35 or 40 amp fuses in the power center usually in the center.

Check the fuses and breaker in the main pannel.
I dont think pumas come with a factory battery disconect, my 2013 295kbh did not.

Just a note. Typically the battery disconnect would not remove 12 volts from the unit if plugged into shore power. If the switch is set to disconnect it would only keep the batteries from being charged. The unit would still have 12 volts from the converter for all 12 volt items.

I actually count about 450 horses in your signature.....

Nice ride, I've got a 2010 2SS/RS myself, one of the early ones. Black LS3 w/black and orange leather and a Pro Charger.

Anyway...sorry for the off-topic.
