Battery Not Charging

I have a 2007 Cardinal Fith Wheel and a few months ago my battery quit charging, so I bought a new battery but to no avail it still wouldnt charge. Every morning while getting ready for work the lights would get real dim. I had to keep a battery charger on the battery. Finally I found two blown fuses on the converter and I replaced them and then it seemed to work fine until a few days ago the same problem started all over again. Checked the fuses and they are fine, but I dont hear any noises form the converter and no alarms go off when the lights get real dim. During the day I dont have a problem with the battery going dead, I do have a solar charging system. Ive checked all the wires and everything seems fine. Im afraid the converter is bad but I dont want to buy a new one if Im not sure. Live out in the country and cant get anyone to come out and look at it and my husbands a lost cause at it. I was also wondering what the two wires were that are on the battery, one is white and oneis blue with a inline fuse. Not sure which wire goes to the positive or negative, my husband might have got them crosses when he changed the battery out. I hope someone can help me!

I have been having the same problem and just ordered a new converter from "BEST RV SUPPLY" at BestConverter - Converters, Inverters, Electrical Supplies, Electronics paid $132 + 13 shipping Dealer in town wanted $209 + tax. It seems really easy to replace it. Your owners manual should also have a page on testing the converter. hope this helps.
