Battery Problem '14 Concord 300TS

Took a trip and left the unit sit a couple of weeks witout plugging in and the disconnect switch to connect. Wnt into coach, elec stair worked put out 1 slide.
Came back a few days later and tried to retract the slide but it wouldn't. Looked at the monitor panel and it showed batteries dead. Jumped the batteries and retracted the slide. Unhooked batteries from inverter/charger put trickle charger on each battery bu the battery charger said that each battery was charged. Hooked batteries back up and plugged in inverter but batteries won't charge.

Ideas -New batteries. Orginal WOrldWide 6v DC battery (no other info available on battery. Can anyone suggest the proper replacement battery size etc.?

Fuses Read somewhere about a fuse in the charging system was blown and replaced everything worked. I checked main Reverse poarity fuses on WFCO WF-8900 Dodtribution center andthey were good. Are there fuses in battery box in the stairwell next to the batteries. Hate to put out the $$$ for batteries if that is not the problem. Thanks for the help!
