I suggest something may be turned on that you are not aware of.
CAn you put an amp meter on it to see if anything is drawing power?

Do you have a battery cut off switch at the battery?

Normal if you don't unhook the battery or don't have a battery disconnect switch.

There are parasitic draws.

Options are.
Leave it plugged in.
Remove negative battery cable.
Install a battery disconnect switch.

This is normal as there are draws on the bat even with everything turned off, these include (but not limited to) LP detector and some fridges have a built in condensation heat strip that runs 12vdc all the time (if you don't have a switch to override).

Also the radio/stereo/cd/dvd player will draw too even if turned off.

For me, it was the fridge. Even though I had it "off" Auto so LP wouldn't light it. It was still "on".
Open the door, if the light it is on, your battery will drain in about two days.

My problems with parasitics were CO2, propane and carbon monoxide sensors, and the outside stereo unit, but the TV signal amp was drawing more than the rest combined. In 4 days, my single bat [when new] was toast.
I now have solar and just leave everything on, no sweat.

If the door is closed how do you check to see if the light is on........
