Battery switch or power converter 2012 2109s help

2012 2109s Minilite. Picked up my trailer from storage. Prepping to tow it home. Reach in and turn on my battery switch. I don't hear the typical fan sound. The battery switch normally shuts of the cold sensor or alarm. I noticed it was off but now the green light was flashing. I pushed in the battery disconnect nothing happened. After 10 minutes the light was a steady green. Tested battery 13 volts before I hooked up. ( charge with 1.5 solar when stored). At home attached to shore power it reads 14 volts at batteries. Do I have a problem. Seems battery switch does nothing. No more sound from power converter? Any ideas to narrow down the issue.

Only time you should hear the converter fan is 1) plugged into shore power and 2) there's enough 12v load to warrant the fan to be on.

Turbs thx for the reply. It's a change from normal ops when turning on battery disconnect. Now I don't hear it.
