Bedroom slide out no retract

The unit is a Wildwood Heritage Glen 368 RLBH 2016.
I can get the slide out to extend but it wont retract electrically. Don't know where to start my troubleshooting. Any ideas?
I am a tech so no problem with troubleshooting, just need guidance.

I would start with the in/out switch.

This. Slide motors, like awning motors, share the same connections. The switch changes the polarity. So if the slide extends, that means there is good connection at the motor.

There are either 3 or 6 posts on the switches. Only 2 or 4 could be making good contact.
