Breakers/Fuses

We just purchased a 2008 Wildcat Travel Trailer and pulling the fuse for the stereo and the slide does not disconnect the power from either. Even flipping the main breaker does not cut power to either of them. The dealer is trying to tell me this is normal??? In the first place, it doesn't make sense for anything to be hardwired (safety issue), and if this was indeed the case, why would they have fuse positons in the inverter panel? Can someone confirm there is definitely a problem here that needs to be properly repaired?

The breakers have nothing to do with the slides or radio.
Breakers are for 110 v items.
Slides and radio are 12v

When I pull the slide or radio fuse they do not work.

If someone took them off of the distribution panel they could still likely be fused.

Why were you trying to disconnect power from them?

The sound system quit working so wanted to disconnect the power to troubleshoot. Found that pulling the fuse did not disconnect the power. Out of curiosity I checked the rest of the fuses and breakers and found the slide to be 'hot' full time as well. Seemed very unusual and potential fire hazard.
