Camera Pre-wire Trouble

I recently bought a Salem 27DBK TT that has the camera pre-wire kit installed. I have no voltage at the camera mount location. I called my dealer and he said TV needs to be hooked up. Plugged in my vehicle today and still no voltage. The wire at the camera mount is a 2 conductor white and white with green trace. I can't see the wire coming to my converter panel. Can anyone shed some light on where this wire runs to and how I can get voltage to it?

Thanks

That was it. I guess that makes sense that they would just rough in a wire to the clearance lights right next to the camera mount.
