You will want at the least what is considered a 100# tank which holds 91L. If the winters are cold and travel is limited you may want to go to a larger tank. The link below will help you figure what you need.

depends , would a propane service come and deliver . if so get a 250 to 500 gallon tank . if not get the largest you can safely load and handle .

Now your going in circles . i would keep the converter on at all times . add an additional solar panel to the rv batteries . to supply 120vac your going to need a big battery pack meaning lots of amp hrs i would think at least 250amphr usable , that means you need a total of 500 amphr worth of battery . you will be living in full time , in winter , etc better to have to much then not enough

I just looked at OP's profile and he lives in Alaska. So I would suggest at least a 500 gallon (1892.71L) LP tank. He may want to go with 1000 gallons (3785.41L) and a dual fuel generator so he doesn't have to haul gas for it. Here in Wisconsin people use either 200gal or 500gal tanks depending whether they are in the northern or southern part. I've seen some with 1000gal tanks.
