Can't find the right bulb

I have a 2014 XLR 27HFS. On the back are two 'flood lights' that also act as backup lights. One is not working. I managed to get the bulb out, and it looks like the one below (not the actual bulb). I did test the bulb directly off a battery so I know the bulb is bad.

I went to the local camper dealer (not FR), who referred me to the auto parts store, who referred me to Ace hardware. I bought the closest thing they had and installed it, but it did not light up.

The problem is there are absolutely no markings on the bulb. Searching for 12v and 2-pin, I read enough the realize this must be a G4 base. Actual measurements on my bulb are 5mm between the pins, which stick out 9mm (maybe 10). The total length is about 35mm and 11mm across at the base.

Can anyone (maybe a factory rep) help me find the exact bulb I need and where I might find it?

Did you measure the voltage at the socket and see if power is there, do not understand why second bulb did not light up if it was a 12V.

I'll test that. The drivers side bulb works so I know the fuse is OK.

They are 10 watt or 20 watt halogen bulbs used mostly in low voltage garden lamps (really). About 4 bucks apiece in Walmart, less than HD. I had a heck of a time with ID my first burnout. Check into LED replacements also.
