I am an Auastralian, living in Australia, and I was led to Forest river while chasing leads on EFOY fuel cell chargers. There was a forum about this 2 years ago, where the writers viewed it as too expensive.
I live in a large motorhome, full time all year round,travelling constantly in the isolated inland, with all household 240v 50hz appliances.
I have decided I will buy a 1600 or 2200 EFOY or similar manufacturer. Has any members considered or purchased any fuel cell driven generators, or had experiance.
To date I am using 4 x 130w Kyrosera panels in 24v configureation, into 2 x 210ah Telecom sealed batteries, backed up with a 2kva remote start inverted Honda.
I would very much like to swap ideas with like minded members that have trialed any up to date power sourcing methods.

i have never seen anyone on any RV forum, say they have bought one.

there's been more discussion on this technology, at RV.net than on this forum.
i suggest doing a search on the subject, on RV.net's Tech Issues forum.

bottom line is that it's too expensive for nearly any RV'er.
