coach battery wire

Dumb mistake. I took my coach batteries out to charge and did not notice where one wire should be reconnected. On the front battery I have a green wire and a blue wire, both with 15 amp in-line fuse, connected to the positive. I have a lone green wire, no in-line fuse, to connect. If I try to connect it to front positive I get sparking. Where should it go?
It seems to me that if I connect it to the back battery positive it would do the same as connecting it to the front positive.
Help, please

What kind of coach do you have? And, if you are able to include a picture of your battery set-up it may help determine their placement.

Thanks for the quick reply but when I mentioned to my wife about the picture, she reminded me we did that before I pulled them for charging. wonders of wonders, we actually from them and they should the green wire connected to the negative terminal of front battery. So, that issue resolved. However, I will be posting another electrical issue soon. But, many thanks for the quick reply.
