Converter issue??

Last week we were camping plugged into 120v and noticed that the converter was making a clicking noise at night. Then we noticed that the lights would dim when we heard the noise. We've been back for 4 days and plugged back into 120v. Today I checked and battery is only 11volts. I'm charging the battery overnight and going to get it checked tomorrow. If the converter was working properly, it would have charged the battery right? I did check the book that came with it but can't seem to find any troubleshooting for it...

Thanks

You should be able to find a troubleshooting guide, on the converter manufacturer's website.
Probably WFCO but don't know what RV you have.

Not much to troubleshoot really. If it receives 110 VAC it should output 13.6 VDC both for lights and DC bus. They are not repairable, are lights still dim when plugged in?

The lights are always bright except when we hear the clicking noise.
