Converter problem

I have an everest 5th wheel 2007 and I've already replaced one converter and it seems that I need another Is anyone else having this problem? the last time I replaced it I also put in a surge protector, yet here it is again, broken.

have you tried the Keystone Owners' Forum, since Everest is not a Forest River product?
