Cruise Lite- heat on battery power?

We recently popped a circuit breaker and ended up on battery power. The fan does not run on battery power. Will the heat not run on battery power? We have pulled in to a Walmart lot or rest stop, in the past, looking to sleep. With my Layton or Shasta, this was not a problem, to warm the heater up on battery power. Will this not work in my 2015 Cruise Lite?

If you're talking about the furnace, it requires propane to heat the trailer.
The furnace fan and igniter runs on 12v battery power.
Running a furnace all night on just battery, can completely drain it.

Maybe the heater's thermostadt needed to be set higher at least run for the furnace to come on? I thought the fan should run by itself at least. The battery is new and was charged two thirds full.

Calling the dealer on Monday. Tow vehicle plugged in to trailer. Battery (new) fully charged. Disconnect shore power and the fan cuts off. Will not start, fan only, on battery power only. This does not seem right, but what could be wrong if anything? Could this be another step backward like when the battery dies, the refrigerator shuts down? That also seems to be a step in the wrong direction.
