I have the same issue with lights dimming. Seems that my power level is going up and down.

pull all the fuses[12v] except for the lights, wait and see if lights dim and brighten. now start replacing fuses one at a time till dimming problem reoccurs. that circuit is your problem

Dis-connect the negative battery cable, assuming you only have one battery, do the lights still go dim and bright??

Battery is bad or the converter is over heating.

Lights bright "converter working and cool"
Lights dim "converter over heating and shut down"

Can you hear the fan running at all?

Wfco converters are junk .
The fans burn out then they over heat.

Your battery may have a shorted cell and causing this as well.

Had the same issue back in early March. Problem was the converter was overheating / bad. Replaced converter, no issues now. Get a Progressive Dynamics not a WFCO.
