We are having the same problem with our 2016 27RKSS. Dealer has given up helping me wiht suggestions, like checking ant. boost is off, try pulling the CO/LP detector 3 amp fuse. Still dies in < about a week. Only solution so far is to disconnect the battery or pull both 40 amp fuses to disconnect battery from inverter. My next step is to take into dealer for a total run thru of wiring. The battery has checked out fine by auto mech shop and my cell specific gravity checks.
FYI. The 40 amp fuses are in your Converter. Not your Inverter
Charge the battery back up, wait a couple of hours and check it with a $8 hydrometer. if you can't remove caps or if an AGM, go get it load tested. There's parasitic drain in most campers. Keep it plugged in all the time and check the water every few months.
