I would unplug absolutely everything you have plugged in in the RV. Probably something has a short in it. GFCI outlets can also protect other outlets besides just themselves. If they stay reset then, then plug things back in one at a time until you find out what trips it.
If they trip with absolutely nothing plugged in then their are two possibilities:
- A defective GFCI (does happen).
- A wiring short somewhere in the RV.
