Electrical problem 2013 salem 30qbss... Please help

Everything on the outside awning stabilizers slide out and porch light will only work on the battery. Everything inside will only work off shore power and not the battery. I replaced the converter with a new one and still no luck and it will only turn on for a second. There is a board under the fridge with fuses ( not blown ) that might have something to do with this but im not sure. I have no literature for this trailer and I can really use some help. This trailer did have some water damage before this problem started.

Check for a circuit breaker possibly at or near the battery positive cable
It may be tripped.
Have you pulled all the fuses in the fuse panel and checked them?

There is no breaker near the battery I looked everywhere under this trailer.

Look for mini-breaker underneath trailer near tongue and press small black button to reset.

It's there. "Somewhere" I've not seen a forest river product without at least one.

Thank you I will look again there are two terminal blocks but I didn't realize there was a reset button on them

Come look at mine then.
NO breaker/fuse/reset anywhere under the trailer.
