Ugh everytime this thing sits for a couple weeks it has a new problem. Ok so I went to take it out and the batteries didn't seem to be charging, the inverter said 11.6V and the fridge didn't work. It didn't charge hooked up to shore power. I charged them with external charger and hooked everything back up. Inverter reads good charge but now the interior lights don't work and the battery meter/gauge don't even light up. But the slides work like a champ. Any ideas on this?

is the slide working without being hooked up to shore power?

Yeah slides and jacks work great. But won't charge batteriies, inside lights don't work, and panel inside where you look at your tank and battery power don't even light up.
Make sure your disconnect switch is pulled out if push/pull type. If OK then check for a mini-breaker under front of trailer and press reset button if it has one. Also check reverse polarity fuses in ac/dc panel distribution, usually 40 amps
I know you indicated that the slide is working but is this without shore power?

Yes the slide, and the leveling jacks work great under battery power. Shore power hooked up didn't charge the batteries thats how I knew something was wrong. I charged them with a portable charger and they did charge. But then noticed the lights don't work. I didn't check fuses but i'll have to check those when i get out there again. And i guess i'll track down the wiring and look at the connections.
I had to remove the converter on my 2703 to clean up from a shower leak. Under the converter was a silver connection bar. I'd like to call it a bus bar but not sure of the terminology. I think it feed all the 12 volt stuff as it only had white wires connected to it. The main (heavy gauge) wire feeding the bar was in the hole but not tightened down. I touched the bar to move it back farther to screw to the floor and the wire came out.
Just a thought.

Sorry, also meant to say that when the converter was out I also checked the connection on the back of the battery cut-off switch. That kills the entire 12 volt system except the jacks and slides on ours.
