Electrical wire shorting on frame

My 2015 wildcat main power wire was ran between the frame and subfloor and has wore through the insulation and has has shorted out. My warranty has expired. I would think this should be covered under manufacturer defect, can anybody give me information if forest river would repair?
Thx

If you know where the short is, just fix it yourself. Add split some rubber tubing to the area and tape it in place or remove or add the split tubing to the metal part that caused the short.

You can certainly contact them and politely ask. But there's no guarantee that they'll do anything about it.

As OC said, I'll be a lot less hassle if you just get the parts needed and fix it yourself. While you're at it you could either do as he said and slip a piece of tubing over it to cushion it, or just reroute it to not run across the frame.
