Fan runs constantly on inverter
Should the fan on my investor be running all the time, even with the 50 amp cord hooked up? Also the light above my shower, my bathroom sink, my toilet room and the exhaust fan in toilet room have stopped working. I have a 2007 Sierra 335 RLT.

I think you mean CONverter. All RVs have converters, few have inverters.
The converter fan running constantly, usually means a bad battery.
All the things you mentioned, are all 12v.
If the battery is dead, some 12v things may not work.

Agreed. First step is to check your voltage at the batteries. If your reading somewhere over 13.5 or so with the converter running, the converter is likely fine. Next disconnect from shore power and check the batteries again. If less than 12.6 you have a bad battery.

A 2007 Sierra won't have an INverter, unless a previous owner installed one.

My experience (two different trailers) is that the fan on the CONverter runs whenever we are drawing more than 5-10 amps. It's providing that current from the shore power without drawing the batteries down. I can walk around turning on lights and after the third or fourth set the fan comes on every time. It's supposed to do that. (Helps that I have pretty weak batteries.)
If your fan runs "all the time", maybe you have some 12 volt consumer on that you haven't realized. Maybe running the refrigerator or water heater on propane, the furnace, an outside light you didn't notice.
Most 12v consumers are powered through the set of fuses (not the circuit breakers) on the fuse panel. You could remove them, one at a time to figure out what's consuming power.

According to Brian Moran of FR. It is normal for the fan to run depending on how many amps are being used. Lots of draws you may not be aware of - smoke and CO detectors, battery charging, control circuits for WH, furnace, fridge, outside lights.
Perfectly normal.

Also make sure the break-away pin didn't get inadvertently pulled.
It will make the brake magnets consume LOTS of voltage that you'd never see. (like in seeing a light left on)
So much so the CONverter fan would run constantly.
Maybe your battery(ies) are bad and the CONverter is trying to charge them constantly.
Have you checked them recently?
As far as the lights and fan that have quit working... have you checked fuses, switches and voltage?
First place to start is with the basics.

When my CONverter fan ran constantly, I had a BAD battery.

So I bought new 27 series Interstate battery. Still have the fan running and lights and toilet fan not working

hmmmmm.... maybe you've missed the news over the last 10 years and the advent of residential fridges in many, many RVs built since then...
Inverters are now more 'normal' than not... 
and, no, all RVs DON'T have converters(mine doesn't), as the integrated INVERTER/Charger does the same function.

Thanks for all the information. I have changed the battery and fan is still running. And lights still not working. I am having someone come check it out for me. I am at a loss.

As I asked earlier... have you done any basic testing?
Do you own a multimeter and know how to use it?
Have you checked voltages at the battery and converter? (with and without shore power)
Have you checked fuses and switches for the lights?
Please let us know what/how you make out.

The lights and fan are 12 volts. check your fuses.

Yes I do own a multimeter and know how to use it, however I had left it at work and have not used it on my RV. I did have a test light and at the convertor and invertor all of the fuses checked good and had power on the power side with out the fuses in and power on both side with the fuses in. I also checked all of the breakers and all breakers checked to be good. Now at the switches I am not getting any power.

Have you fastened anything to the interior walls ceiling recently? Did you check breakaway switch as suggested? If you want to isolate the problem, pull one fuse at a time and see if the fan stops/slows. Note you may have to leave the fuse out for a few minutes if the battery is low.

One thing you could do is replace the Chinese WFCO converter with a built in the USA Progressive Dynamics. You will most likely never hear the fan again as it's operation is not based on amp draw. Also you will have a 4 stage converter. Your batteries will thank you.

RVs with residential fridges are a small minority, compared to those with RV fridges.
And RVs with integrated inverter/charger units are an even smaller percentage.
But yes, I should have stated "the vast majority of RVs", instead of "All RVs".
