Flood Lights

Help!! As a new owner of a Toyhauler, I'm still learning lots. But I feel kinda dumb with this question: The flood lights turned themselves on and they won't turn off. The switch is off, but the lights are on.
If no way to turn them off, how do I get "inside" to pull the bulbs? The electricity usage is a problem!!
