Forester 2251 light and 12v outlet at dinette not working

Happy 1 year owner of a Forester, but having a little electrical issue. The 12v outlet under the bench seat and the light over the table have stopped working. Checked the fuse box by the door, and all looks good (even replaced several). Is there a hidden fuse somewhere?
Appreciate any help... Ed

Did you fix it? If not, check the fuses at the converter/charger panel.

Should be where circuit breakers are for 120 volt.

Could there be a second set of fuses not in the main box? Could the feed come from cab's system? I haven't checked there.
Thanks for any input or suggestions

Have you checked the main fuse and circuit breakers in the converter charger panel? Can you remove the cushions and look under the seat for wiring? There my be an inline fuse used to protect the 12 volt receptacle.

So here is where I stand (see attached pics). The light over the table and the 12v outlet near the floor are not working.
  1. I disconnected the outlet
  2. I checked all the fuses in the main box along the steps
  3. I checked the fuses on the converter inverter
  4. I pulled the light and changed the bulbs. Wiring was a little short, but found no fuse.
  5. I pulled the control panel looking for hidden fuses - found none. The wiring for the outlet looks like it comes from above.
All other lights throughout the RV are working. What else can it be?

Forget the fuse box in the step and the control panel for the Convenience Center, they wouldn't be there. I see our photo of the converter, but where are the fuses and circuit breakers like those in my photo? Yours looks like this and should be on the other side of the converter or perhaps in another location close by.
Any 2251's out there, chime in!
Looked at your model floorplan, check around the base of the bed, under the wardrobe pantry and refrigerator for the panel. You just press the top center and it opens.

Under the bed, with a big red light!!! Do I feel stupid. Oh well, now I know the electrical system.
Thank you very much.

Probably so you don't have to stare at it at night. Well hidden - good find!
