I am getting a "tingle" when I touch the aluminum skirt over the wheels and on the metal frame with my other hand on the ground. I am thinking there is a grounding problem, but visual inspection turns up nothing. Have no experience on where to start and would appreciate any help. I know there is a vast well of experience out there and I could sure use the direction. Thanks
