Fuel gauge wiring

We are rebuilt the kitchen cabinetry and are ready to reinstall in a 2008 Cherokee Wolf pack 5th wheel and I have misplaced my notes on the wiring for the undercounted fuel gauge display and the CO2 detector.

The fuel gauge has three wires (white red and black) but I need to know how they hook onto the three bolts on the back of the gauge.

The gas detector is called CCI Controls- gas leak detector. It has a red and white wire coming out of the unit that hooks into wiring under the sink...just not sure which ones and how.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Pictures would be awesome.
