Agreed... Can you take a photo and post it here? If I had to guess you're probably looking at the overload protection on the battery cable inside the converter. Most converters use somewhere between 2 and 4 automotive fuses ranging from 15-40 each wired in parallel to keep the battery from overloading the panel and prevent a fire should the battery cable ever short out.

Okay after seeing the photo were on the same page. The 30A refers to the max AC amperage coming from the shore power at the campsite. The fuses are as I mentioned protection on the DC side to protect the converter and battery cables from shorts and polarity reversal. This is perfectly normal.
