Hi all, I have a 2016 Coachmen Orion and I'm running the generator right now but not getting any power for ac unit or to any outlets...is that normal? Not understanding the benefit of an on board generator if it's not gonna power anything...help! Lol

According to Coachmen literature feature you have a manual change over generator switch somewhere or you have to take your 30 amp plug and plug it in generator outlet....

ELECTRICAL/HEATING/A/C

30 Amp Power Cord
55 Amp Electronic Converter
Dual Auxiliary Battery
Manual Generator Changeover
2.8 KW Onan Gas Generator

I had to plug the 30 amp plug into the receptacle in the outer compartment...thanks again! I appreciate the quick response...love this forum.
