Georgetown 335DS 2015 - power steps

Hello everyone,

I just got our RV from storage, the power steps don't work. The fuses/circuit breakers are all fine in bedroom panels, RV is plugged-in to the wall outlet, the steps are plugged-in, and the door connection is nice and clean.

Any suggestions?

Thank you,
Dan

There's no circuit breakers involved (steps are 12 VDC) and the fuses are typically the in line type directly off the coach battery. To check for low coach battery try using the emergency start switch at the drivers console with the door open to see if steps will extend. The battery disconnect doesn't have to be in the not disconnect position for the steps to extend when opening door.

Check the in-line fuses in your battery compartment. I think that steps are wired to the house batteries but there is an in-line fuse holder in the feed.
